Every repair we take in is completed here, at our bench, by our jeweler. Nothing gets mailed to a trade shop three states away, and nothing sits in a bin waiting on a truck. That is why we can give you a real turnaround estimate when you hand it across the counter.
Sizings, retipping, prong rebuilds, chain solder, stone tightening, watch batteries, and full restorations all stay in the building. Bring it in and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing before you spend anything.
